HOW TO RUN YOUR FAVOURITE ANDROID APPS AND GAMES ON PC

It would really be cool to be able to play your favourite Android games as well as run Android apps on your Desktop. Am I wrong? I don’t think so.
I’m happy to inform you that it is possible to run your favourite games on you PC.

The first way to do this is by using the remote desktop application. This is really cool but it has a downside. It is a complicated process. The application has to be installed on your tablet or smartphone.

The second is to make use of Bluestacks

Bluestacks is a wonderful software that makes it possible for you to run Android apps live on your PC. With this software, you can run Android apps on your Windows notebook, tablet and PC.

Download and install Bluestacks

Download the software from Bluestacks website. There are different versions for download. One is the online installer that will download data from web and the other one is the offline installer that is bulkier. It’s a little less than 100 MB. The installation should only take a few minutes.

Search and install apps

After you have successfully installed Bluestacks, you should start installing your applications now. Bluestacks has three app stores from which you can download from. They are integrated into it. They are:

•Google Play Store,
•Amazon App Store and
•GetJar.

You can also browse the apps manually. Choose your favorite application and click on the Download link. You can start the application by clicking on the My App icons in the dock at the top.

How To Run The Applications

You have the options to choose from. You can either run the apps in a mobile phone or tablet like view. I like the tablet view a lot better than the mobile. You will see the reason yourself by the time you start using this Software.

How To Change The Layout In Bluestacks

If you want to change the layout of the application, click on Settings >> Manage App size. You can now choose your desired size. Click Done when you are through.

Note: Your changes would only be effective after Bluestacks restarts.

Also note that some applications and games especially might not run well if you have an old PC because some games and apps need acceleration from the graphics hardware and it is not adequate for the games and apps, they might affect the functioning of the games and apps.
