HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR 2GO PASSWORD / ID ABSOLUTELY FREE

Have you forgotten your 2go Username, Password or PIN? Don’t worry, here is how to retrieve it. It is really very simple to retrieve your lost 2go password or username than what many people think. It’s absolutely free of charge to do.

STEP 1. Visit www.2go.im from any any browser. It doesn’t have to be your phone. It can even be a PC.

STEP 2. Select KENYA As Your Country. Yes, I know you might not be from Kenya. Just select Kenya.

STEP 3. Select Your Language As ENGLISH. That’s should even be the default, so just leave it and proceed.

STEP 4. Now you are given two options- Download 2go and Get Help, Click on GET HELP

STEP 5. Then Click on I Forgot My PASSWORD/PIN.

STEP 6. Now ENTER YOUR Phone Number In The International Format e.g. (2348061235634),

STEP 7. Then Select Proceed and You will Receive Your Password within some couple of Seconds.

You can now log in again with your USERNAME and NEW PASSWORD.
